SHANTI VANA

This assisted living home project is designed with a focus on traditional architecture, incorporating elements such as bricks, wood, and stone carvings. The use of these materials adds a sense of warmth and durability to the overall structure. The design seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings, creating a serene and peaceful environment for the residents.

The design features eight individual units that are connected through a lateral spine allowing for a sense of community and togetherness. A common corridor and prayer hall provide shared spaces for social interaction and spiritual activities. The flooring is adorned with clay patterned tiles, adding a touch of elegance and cultural significance to the design. Additionally, the architectural design embraces the use of Mangalore tiles for the roof, serving both aesthetic and practical thermal insulation purposes. Overall, this architecture design combines traditional elements with a close connection to nature, creating a harmonious living experience.
